Wholesale artificial Christmas trees, direct from the factory floor
Our wholesale programme exists for one simple reason. Buying artificial Christmas trees at scale should feel as straightforward as buying anything else for your business. We are based in Guangzhou, we work directly with the factories that make the trees, and we look after everything from the first sample to the container arriving at your door. This page explains how it all works, step by step, so you know what to expect before your first enquiry.
Who the programme is for
We supply importers, retailers, garden centres, department stores, wholesalers and distributors around the world. Some of our partners order several containers a season. Others are placing their very first order and want a steady hand through it. Both are welcome. If you sell Christmas trees, or you want to start, this programme was built for you.
Factory-direct pricing, and how volume shapes it
Because you buy at the source, your unit price reflects the real cost of production rather than several layers of margin. Volume then does the rest. As a general guide, prices step down at around 100 pieces, again at 500, and again at 1,000 and above. A full container order always earns the best rate, because production runs are longer and freight is used efficiently.
We quote in whichever terms suit you. Many buyers prefer a landed price with delivery included, so one figure covers the trees, quality control, consolidation and shipping to your port or warehouse. If you already have your own freight arrangements, we are just as happy to quote FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or CIF to your port. You choose the format, and the numbers stay clear either way.
Minimum order quantities and mixing models
Our minimums are designed to be reachable for a first order.
- Stock designs usually start at 50 pieces per model.
- Custom or OEM designs typically start at 200 to 300 pieces per model, depending on the specification.
- You can mix different models, heights and colours within one order or one container. A 20ft container holds roughly 350 to 450 boxed trees in the popular 6ft size, and a 40ft high cube around 850 to 950, so there is plenty of room to build a varied range rather than committing everything to a single style.
Mixing is one of the most useful parts of the programme. It lets you test several designs in your market at once while still enjoying full-container pricing.
How an order works, from enquiry to delivery
1. Enquiry
Tell us what you have in mind. Tree heights, styles, tip counts, pre-lit or unlit, target prices, quantities, and where the goods need to go. Photos of trees you like are always helpful.
2. Quote with delivery included
We come back with a clear quotation, usually within two working days, including a landed price if you want one. No surprises later.
3. Sample approval
Before production begins, we send physical samples by courier so you can check the branch density, needle quality, hinge mechanism and packaging with your own hands. Nothing goes into production until you approve.
4. Production
Lead times are normally 30 to 45 days depending on quantity and season. We keep you updated with photos and progress reports along the way.
5. Inspection
Every order goes through batch inspection before it leaves the factory. We check assembly, lighting, colour consistency, carton strength and labelling against your approved sample.
6. Shipping
We book the freight, handle export documentation, and see the container onto the vessel. You receive tracking details and paperwork for smooth customs clearance at your end.
Custom and OEM options
Many of our partners sell under their own brand, and we make that easy. We can produce trees to your specification, print your cartons and colour boxes, add your barcodes and care labels, and prepare retail-ready packaging that goes straight onto your shelves. If you have a design idea that does not exist yet, we can develop it with the factory and sample it for you.
Delivery and consolidation worldwide
If you buy from more than one supplier in China, we can consolidate everything into a single container at our Guangzhou warehouse. Trees, decorations, lights and other seasonal goods travel together, which saves freight and simplifies customs. We ship to ports and warehouses across Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Oceania.
A note on timing. Christmas is seasonal, but production is not last minute. The most comfortable window is to confirm orders between January and May, so your trees ship in summer and arrive with time to spare before the selling season. Later orders are often still possible, so do ask.
Payment, kept simple
The usual arrangement is a deposit to begin production, typically 30 percent, with the balance paid once you have seen the inspection results and the goods are ready to ship. We accept bank transfer, and we can discuss other methods for regular partners. Everything is confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice before any money changes hands, so both sides always know where they stand.
